What qualifies
A stale range, broken source, formula error, unit mismatch, duplicated charge, unsupported local adjustment or misleading description.
How we correct pricing
A material correction is made in the central pricing dataset first so calculators, the Cost Index and dependent pages can remain consistent.
Real quote evidence
One contractor bid is evidence, not a market. Aggregated observed data remains separate from editorial source ranges until the sample is strong enough.
